1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and labels are intact
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

⚠️ Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration cannot be returned.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized jerseys (e.g., name/number printing)
  • Clearance or sale items (if marked “Final Sale”)
  • Gift cards
  • Undergarments or hygiene-related items (for health reasons)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
  • Include your order number

We will review your case and offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund (including shipping costs, if applicable)

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization instructions
  4. Ship the item to the address provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
